As Branch Manager at Standard Chartered Bank in Faisalabad, he achieved PKR 1 billion in liabilities and PKR 15 million in pre-tax profits.
At United Bank Limited (UBL) in Karachi, he led the post-privatisation turnaround with over 100 senior hires and 4,000 outsourced staff as Group Head of Sales, Strategy and Distribution, built UBL's consumer bank from scratch as Group Head of Consumer, and restructured the distribution network as Group Head of Branch Banking. Khalid is an energy, mining, and petrochemical executive with more than 40 years of experience leading the development, execution, and operation of mega-scale projects. Most recently he served as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on CPEC, following seven years as CEO of HUBCO, where he transformed the company and drove several growth initiatives. Earlier, as CEO of Algeria Oman Fertilizer Company, he led a USD 3 billion joint venture between Oman's Suhail Bahwan Group (51%) and Algeria's Sonatrach (49%) that set up the world's largest fertilizer complex, managing execution and commissioning through a consortium of Japanese and Korean contractors. He has also served as CEO of various Engro Group companies and as President of OICCI in 2017. At HUBCO, he led the US$ 2 billion, 2x660MW China Power Hub Generation Company project with an integrated jetty through every stage, from conception to securing approvals from NTDC, PPIB, NEPRA, and CPPA(G), to selecting a Chinese state-owned EPC contractor through competitive bidding and negotiating the joint venture and key contracts. The plant was commissioned in 2018, inaugurated by the Prime Minister, and supplies low-cost, reliable power to the national grid. As Chairman of Thar Energy Limited, he also oversaw the 330MW, over US$ 0.5 billion mine-mouth CPEC project, a joint venture of HUBCO, Fauji Fertilizer Company, and CMEC, by securing government approvals and Sinosure risk underwriting, achieving financial close with a CDB-led consortium, finalizing the JV agreement, selecting CMEC as EPC contractor, and providing board-level governance and progress monitoring through execution. He also advises clients and multinationals on corporate governance, risk management, and energy projects, and is recognized for ensuring financial close on a series of projects through negotiation and stakeholder integration.

Saleem is a treasury and market risk executive with more than 25 years of experience at three global financial institutions, Citibank, Barclays, and Al Rajhi Bank, across five countries. He began at Citibank in Pakistan in technology and price risk roles, rose to lead the consumer bank's treasury, and later became Vice President of Market Risk Management from Bahrain, where he spent three years bringing more than 50 countries onto a single market and liquidity risk reporting system, with zero failed audits across seven countries. At Barclays, he held Director-level roles in Dubai and London, establishing the regional market risk function for Corporate New Markets and Africa, authoring a transfer pricing policy, and later leading liquidity and funding strategy and stress testing for Retail and Business Banking and Group Treasury. At Al Rajhi Bank in Riyadh, he first set up the balance sheet management unit, cutting funding costs by $40 million and launching a bank-wide funds transfer pricing policy, then took charge of Money Markets and Investments, where he grew revenue from about $100 million to over $600 million a year by building investment desks and diversifying into fixed income, equities, mutual funds, and REITs. Khurram is a business and technology transformation leader with more than 27 years of experience across banking, fintech and enterprise architecture, including roles at IBM, KPMG and North American financial institutions. He began at IBM in Pakistan as an IT Solutions Specialist, then spent close to a decade at KPMG as a Manager in Consulting, working on enterprise architecture, information risk management, business process re-engineering and ERP implementations. In 2001 he founded Emmaculate Private Limited, leading business and enterprise architecture, program management and onshore and offshore delivery for clients over more than a decade, before founding Emmaculate Global Inc. in Canada and the United States in 2013, where he remains Managing Partner and CEO. Before joining Angel Lane Partners, she was part of the Equity Capital Markets team at Habib Bank Limited, Pakistan's leading bank, and prior to that, the Priority Banking team at Faysal Bank in Pakistan. She manages advisory transactions from origination through ongoing execution, including debt raising, mergers, and pitching for business generation across the Middle East and Europe, and supports the team with in-depth financial analysis, investment due diligence, credit analysis, market research, and pitchbooks for fundraising and corporate finance transactions.
Sidra also works with banking clients in Pakistan and the Middle East to develop tailor-made AI solutions, critically analysing the business dimension to ensure models are trained effectively, with use cases spanning client onboarding, regulatory systematic developments, as well as an in-house AI-driven credit system that automatically assesses client risk.

At Angel Lane Partners, Rabiya works on Credit AI, a platform that supports credit risk assessment. Her work spans the Credit Memo system, financial data extraction and cash flow generation. She has investigated and resolved data extraction issues, analysed and verified information against financial statements, and worked on the generation of credit memos. Within the cash flow component, she has helped determine where AI should be applied, what tasks should be handled through AI, what outputs are required, and where deterministic or rule-based logic is more appropriate, helping reduce cash flow discrepancies by 60%.
Rabiya also works with AI-agent workflows, including defining agent tasks, developing and refining prompts, shaping the logic and expected outputs of agents, and conducting live testing against relevant financial data. This experience has given her practical exposure to designing AI workflows around real business requirements, while balancing AI capabilities with reliable rules and validation.
